A Savory Affair has several different menus available. If you wish, we can customize the whole event to your wishes.  There are too many menu options to list on just one website, we pride ourselves on customer service and the ability to customize menu's in any type of cuisine and service style.  The only limitation with A Savory Affair Cuisine and Catering is your imagination and your budget so feel free to contact us at any time with any question you might have.

Whole Boneless Pig
We take the whole suckling pig and de-bone the entire thing and leave the head for presentation.  Then we stuff it full of boneless skinless pork loin and tenderloin with herbs and spices and slow smoked.
