Magnifico!
Thank you for
making Jenny & Brent's wedding such a classy affair. The food was served impeccably and kudos to the servers
for their professionalism, attentiveness to requests and making our guests feel truly special. This was a fine dining
experience with praise and comments as "....by far the best wedding I've had the honor to attend......"
As we all know, it's all in the details -- from the table setups, cocktail hour hoers d'oeuvres (everyone
loved the spanakopita, mushrooms and shrimp shooters) and on and on our guests couldn't stop talking about everything..............all
in superlatives. The prime rib just melted in our mouths and was really tender. I especially liked the south american
finngerling purple spuds :):):) Had my Irish lads been present they would have enjoyed these as well.
In closing, Chef Tim you are a free spirit
with a very approachable personality and work ethic. It is easy to understand why you have made your grand reputation amongst
the valley communnity and celebrity circuit and we are lucky to have you. Your patience and willingness to work with
myself and Jenny this past year as we worked thru various suggestions -- in particular to being receptive to adapting
our pierogi idea (in memory of Jenny's grandma) was effortless. In the end, you created the menu and presentation
worthy of kings (our flyboys) and guests were impressed.
